The Spaceport is one of the premier industrial maps in ARC Raiders, characterized by expansive facilities, large open hangars, and dense concentrations of mechanical and electronic crafting materials. Players who need Processed Components, precision mechanical parts, and industrial-grade scrap should prioritize this map over residential-heavy zones. The tradeoff is that the Spaceport's value is well-known — it attracts experienced Raiders and hosts substantial ARC machine patrols throughout its key facilities.

The map's layout is broadly divided into a core industrial cluster — Vehicle Maintenance, the Main Hangars, and the Control Towers — surrounded by lower-value perimeter zones like the Fuel Depot, runway edges, and Admin Buildings. Most Raider squads enter through deployment zones near the industrial core, meaning the perimeter zones are genuinely safer alternatives for conservative farming runs. Understanding this traffic pattern is the first step to building an efficient Spaceport route.

Extraction points on the Spaceport map are positioned at the northern and southern edges of the facility. Northern extraction is closer to Vehicle Maintenance but sees more traffic due to its proximity to the high-value loot zones. Southern extraction involves a longer travel distance from the industrial core but is typically less contested, making it the preferred exit for solo players and squads that prioritize safe extraction over speed.

Vehicle Maintenance — Highest Material Density

Vehicle Maintenance is the crown jewel of the Spaceport for material farmers. The complex contains multiple floors and work bays filled with mechanical components, precision parts, and industrial scrap that directly feed mid-to-high-tier crafting recipes. Container density here is among the highest of any zone on the map, and the loot tables skew heavily toward the Processed Components tier that many crafting recipes require in quantity.

The cost is significant ARC presence. Vehicle Maintenance is consistently patrolled by a mix of Crawler units on the ground floor and Drone units surveilling the upper levels and exterior bays. Entering without clearing at least the most active patrol routes invites a rapid escalation from one or two ARC units into a full reinforcement response. Budget time and ammunition for clearing before looting — rushing containers while ARC units are still active is how raids end prematurely.

For squads, Vehicle Maintenance is worth the investment: split the squad to cover multiple entry points, clear systematically from upper floors down, and loot aggressively once the immediate ARC presence is neutralized. For solo players, consider taking partial routes through Vehicle Maintenance — hit the outer bays and access corridors where loot is present but ARC concentration is lower, and skip the deep interior floors where risk spikes dramatically.

Recommended Spaceport Farming Route (Medium Risk)

Steps

1. Deploy and immediately move toward the Admin Buildings on the eastern edge — light ARC presence, electronics loot, good warm-up zone
2. Clear and loot the Admin Buildings, picking up any electronics components and basic materials
3. Cross into the southern Hangar from the admin side — approach from the exterior door to avoid the central floor where ARC patrols congregate
4. Loot hangar container stacks along the south wall; move to the north hangar section only if ARC presence is light
5. Assess your inventory: if over 50% full with quality items, route to South Extraction; if more room is available, continue
6. Move toward the outer bays of Vehicle Maintenance — exterior work areas have good loot with lower ARC density than the interior
7. Take what's available in the outer bays, avoid pushing into the deep maintenance floor unless the patrol has been cleared
8. Exit toward South Extraction, staying low and checking for other Raiders using cover along the runway perimeter
9. Activate extraction beacon, take cover with a clear sightline toward the most likely approach direction

Tips

• Check the Admin Buildings first every run — they reset and often have electronics that are quick to grab with minimal ARC risk
• The southern Hangar exterior doors are usually uncontested even when the interior sees heavy traffic
• Never cut across open runway areas — walk the perimeter using the structures as cover
• If you hear gunfire from Vehicle Maintenance, other Raiders are clearing it — wait and consider whether to contest or redirect

Control Towers — High-Value Electronics Farming

The Control Towers contain the Spaceport's best electronics loot — circuit boards, sensor components, and advanced electronic parts that feed endgame crafting recipes. These are among the rarest material drops on the map, which is why the towers attract determined Raiders despite the risk. ARC presence in and around the towers is heavy, with multi-unit patrols and elevated positions that make approach routes dangerous to traverse without careful timing.

Raider traffic to the Control Towers is surprisingly low relative to the value of loot inside. The ARC presence deters most players from attempting a tower run without committed preparation. This means that squads who can clear ARC efficiently often have the towers largely to themselves. If your squad is combat-capable, tower runs can be extremely lucrative. Solo players should treat the towers as optional bonus zones only after the rest of the route is completed safely.

Spaceport Survival Tips

• Listen for mechanical sounds from Vehicle Maintenance before approaching — drone audio carries well across the open yard
• Use the Fuel Depot as a quick detour if your primary route gets contested; it's safe and resets like everywhere else
• The runway perimeter offers sightlines to spot incoming Raiders crossing open ground — use it for Raider detection, not just loot
• When multiple squads are active, the Admin Buildings and Fuel Depot see almost no traffic — reliable safe zones
• Elevation in the hangars provides defensive advantages; if caught in a firefight, move up rather than retreating across open ground
• ARC Drones at the Control Towers have predictable scan patterns — count rotations to time movement between cover positions
