Pantry Bundles — The Greenhouse Path
The Pantry is the most important room because it unlocks the Greenhouse, which enables year-round farming. The six Pantry bundles cover Spring Crops (Parsnip, Green Bean, Cauliflower, Potato), Summer Crops (Tomato, Hot Pepper, Blueberry, Melon), Fall Crops (Corn, Eggplant, Pumpkin, Yam), Quality Crops (5 Gold-quality of Parsnip, Melon, Pumpkin, Corn), Animal Products (Large Milk, Large Egg, Large Goat Milk, Wool, Duck Egg), and Artisan Goods (Truffle Oil, Cloth, Goat Cheese, Cheese, Honey, Jelly, Apple, Apricot, Orange, Peach, Pomegranate, Cherry).
The Artisan bundle is the trickiest Pantry bundle. It requires Truffle Oil (pigs in a Deluxe Barn), Cloth (loom + wool from a sheep), Goat Cheese (goat + cheese press + Large Goat Milk), Cheese (cow + cheese press + Large Milk), Honey (Bee House), and a Jelly (any crop in a Preserves Jar). You also need fruit from trees — Apple, Apricot, Orange, Peach, Pomegranate, and Cherry — which take an entire season to produce their first fruit after planting.
Plan to plant all six fruit trees in Spring Year 1 on the farm (or in the greenhouse later). Each tree takes 28 days to mature and then produces one fruit per day in its harvest season. Apple trees produce in Fall, Apricot in Spring, Orange and Peach in Summer, Pomegranate in Fall, and Cherry in Spring. If you miss spring Year 1 planting, you may wait until Year 2.
Time-Locked Items — Plan These Ahead
- Strawberry (Spring Crops bundle option): only sold at the Egg Festival (Spring 13). Buy as many seeds as you can afford; it's worth 120g each and only available once per year.
- Red Cabbage (Dye bundle): only sold by Pierre in Year 2+. You cannot get this item in Year 1 through normal means.
- Rabbit's Foot (Family/Enchanter's bundle): requires a Rabbit in a Deluxe Coop (takes significant time to build and raise).
- Duck Feather (Enchanter's bundle option): comes from a Duck in a Big Coop; Ducks take time to reach friendship level for feather production.
- Dinosaur Egg (Dye bundle): obtained from Dinosaur Egg drops in the Mines (level 80+), Artifact Spots, or hatching in an Incubator.
- Large Goat Milk (Artisan bundle): requires a Goat in a Big Barn at high friendship — can take until Summer or Fall Year 1.
- Nautilus Shell (Crab Pot bundle option): can be found by Winter Foraging on the beach or via Crab Pots in winter.
- Sturgeon (Specialty Fish bundle): only caught in Mountain Lake during Summer and Winter — don't miss Summer fishing.
- Spook Fish (Specialty Fish bundle): Winter-only, deep-ocean fishing with Submarine during the Night Market (Winter 15–17).
Fish Tank Bundles — Season-Critical Fish
The Fish Tank requires one fish from each season plus a Crab Pot bundle and a Specialty Fish bundle. Most seasonal fish are straightforward: Spring features Catfish (rainy days, River), Shad (river), Eel (ocean, rainy), and Sardine (ocean). Summer includes Pufferfish (ocean, sunny), Tuna (ocean), Pike (river/lake), and Tilapia (ocean). Fall brings Salmon (river), Walleye (lake, rainy), Tiger Trout (river, rare), and Albacore (ocean, early/late hours).
The Specialty Fish bundle contains the rarest fish: Pufferfish, Ghostfish (Mines pond), Sandfish (Desert), Woodskip (Secret Woods), and Spook Fish (Night Market submarine ride, Winter 15–17). The Spook Fish is the most commonly missed item — the Night Market only runs three days per year. Make sure to ride the submarine on at least one Night Market evening.
The Crab Pot bundle requires five different crab pot creatures: Lobster, Crayfish, Crab, Snail, and Periwinkle. These come from placing Crab Pots in the ocean (saltwater) for lobster and crab, or rivers/lakes (freshwater) for crayfish, snail, and periwinkle. You need the Crab Pot recipe from Willy at Fishing Level 3.

Fastest Completion Path — Year 1 Priorities
The most efficient Community Center path in Year 1 focuses on bundles you can complete without waiting for Year 2 content. Start Spring by planting Parsnip, Green Bean, Cauliflower, and Potato for the Spring Crops bundle. Attend the Egg Festival on Spring 13 and buy Strawberry seeds for future income. Forage every day on your farm paths to collect Spring Foraging items.
In Summer, grow Melon, Tomato, Hot Pepper, and Blueberry for Summer Crops. Fish the ocean for Pufferfish, Tuna, and Albacore. Build a Big Coop by Summer to start the Duck Egg requirement. Buy a Goat for Big Barn and aim for Large Goat Milk by late Summer. Mine aggressively to complete the Blacksmith and Geologist bundles.
Fall is the most bundle-dense season. Grow Corn, Eggplant, Pumpkin, and Yam. Forage Fall items in the forest. If you have a Pig in a Deluxe Barn, collect Truffles for Truffle Oil. Check the Traveling Merchant for Rabbit's Foot if you don't have Rabbits yet — the Merchant occasionally sells it. Complete remaining fishing bundles. Winter has no crops, so focus on finishing fish, foraging the beach for Nautilus Shell, and attending the Night Market for Spook Fish.
Tips for Tricky Bundles
- Quality Crops bundle: use Quality Fertilizer on Parsnip, Melon, Pumpkin, and Corn to significantly increase gold-quality yield chance.
- Rabbit's Foot: build a Deluxe Coop, raise Rabbits to max friendship (give gifts of Rabbit's Foot from them or buy from Traveling Merchant at ~1,695–2,825g).
- Red Cabbage: it only appears in Pierre's Year 2 Summer stock — buy it immediately when Year 2 Summer starts.
- Dinosaur Egg: check Artifact Spots on your farm (worm tiles) and Mine floors 70–79 for highest dig probability.
- Prismatic Shard (not a bundle item but worth noting): found in Skull Cavern treasure rooms — often confused with bundle items by new players.
- Cave Carrot: found by digging in the Mines, levels 1–39. Very easy — usually completed naturally.
- Morel (Exotic Foraging bundle): only available from Secret Woods during Summer or in the Farm Cave if you chose the Mushroom option.
Frequently asked questions
What is the reward for completing all Community Center bundles?
Completing all bundles fully restores the Community Center and triggers a town celebration cutscene. Each room gives intermediate rewards (Greenhouse from Pantry, Bus from Vault, Minecarts from Boiler Room, etc.), and full completion unlocks the Junimo Kart game and gives Friendship boosts with all villagers.
Can I complete the Community Center in Year 1?
It's very difficult but technically possible for nearly all bundles except the Dye Bundle's Red Cabbage (Year 2 only) and potentially some animal product bundles requiring Deluxe Barn/Coop. Most players complete the Community Center in Year 2 or Year 3.
What happens if I choose the Joja route instead?
Buying a Joja Membership locks out the Community Center. You instead purchase Joja Community Development projects for similar results (Greenhouse, Bus, Bridge, etc.) but at higher gold cost and without bundle rewards. The Community Center route is generally more rewarding for long-term play.
Where do I find Spook Fish for the Specialty Fish bundle?
Spook Fish are caught only during the Night Market (Winter 15, 16, 17) by riding the submarine ride. It costs 1,000g to ride and you fish in the submarine's viewing area. It cannot be obtained any other way.
How do I get Rabbit's Foot?
Raise Rabbits in a Deluxe Coop to max friendship (14 hearts) and they will occasionally produce Rabbit's Foot. The Traveling Merchant also sells it for 1,695–2,825g. It's used in the Enchanter's Bundle and is also a loved gift for most NPCs.
Does completing bundles give friendship boosts?
Completing the Bulletin Board bundles gives a large friendship boost with all villagers. Individual room completions trigger cutscenes and rewards but don't directly boost friendships — only the Bulletin Board room has that effect.
